The comfortable seating areas are perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the stunning surroundings. The flat-screen TVs with cable channels are a nice bonus for some evening entertainment.
Personally, I found the soundproofing in the apartments to be a bit lacking. But hey, that's just me.

The location of the hotel was a real letdown. It's situated down a big hill, so getting back after a long day on the mountains was a real hike. Even the free bus from the Kohlereck bus stop only ran until early evening - not late enough for a proper apres ski. the room was spacious and comfortable, and the host was very welcoming. the breakfast was simple, but tasty and filling.
The lack of amenities in the room made it feel disappointing and a bit uncared for.

The hotel's location is convenient as it's very close to the bus stop and transportation to the city centre and ski lifts are readily available. The hotel facilities are top-notch and everything was clean and tidy. The staff provided excellent service, and breakfast was varied and tasted great. Parking options were also available.
There was nothing I didn't like.

During our Christmas stay, we were delighted with the cozy and warm atmosphere of the hotel. the staff was extremely attentive and made us feel right at home. the beautifully decorated rooms provided us with a comfortable and spacious retreat. the location was perfect, with easy access to the ski lifts and a shuttle bus nearby. We also loved the delicious breakfast offered every morning. it was a wonderful experience.
That certain kitchen basics were not provided. It would have been convenient to have essentials like salt, pepper, and washing up liquid available, especially for a short stay like ours.

The apartment had a great view of the surrounding mountains which was perfect for a cozy Christmas getaway. The kitchen was well equipped which made it easy to cook our Christmas dinner. We also loved the short walk to the bus stop which was very convenient for getting around the town.
The apartment was not very well insulated and the heating system struggled to keep the place warm during the cold winter nights. We also found that the walls were quite thin which made it difficult to sleep with noisy neighbors.
